Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements (including being at least the age required by Apple's App Store terms in your region). If you use the Service on behalf of a household, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Households and shared spaces may allow multiple users to collaborate; content you share may be visible to other members according to how the Service works.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or infringe others' rights
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users, or upload unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except where applicable law prohibits these restrictions
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity

We may investigate and suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). To operate the Service, you grant Studio Sando a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content complies with these Terms.

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Studio Sando or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including cloud or analytics providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO SANDO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO SANDO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID STUDIO SANDO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATION TO US.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio Sando and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we discontinue the Service, or for other legitimate reasons, with or without notice where permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity).

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Studio Sando LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Unless prohibited by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will lie in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
